This MOOC, part of the 21st Century European Teacher project, invites teachers and education professionals to explore the competencies that shape modern teaching and support professional growth.
It is a fully online, self-paced course designed to help you understand how key competency dimensions connect to daily classroom practice and long-term development.

Estimated Effort: 1 ECTS = 27 hours of studying (pass/fail grading, certificate available upon completion)
